Can non-cosmetic maxillofacial surgery be combined with a breast lift + implants and lipo 360?

*This is for surgery in Turkey; I plan to do extensive research in order to select qualified surgeons.* My dentist has told me I have a very long jaw that has affected my breathing and caused a lot of sinus issues. Aside from the medical issues my misalignment has caused, It also affects my self esteem, and I've hated my side profile. I also would like to have Liposuction 360 and a breast lift with implants. I don't believe this will all be done at 1 hospital, can both be done in a1 month span?
