What is the best skin tightening method for abdomen? (Photo)

Hi! I have done my share of research over the years, i have also tried sculpsure and Emtone, both not giving much results. I have looked at Skintyte, Thermage, Velashape, and Cryoskin. I'd like to know what is the best option for skin tightening on the abdomen? I am not overweight, i just have skin laxity due to stretchmarks from my pregnacies 25 years ago. Thanks so much!

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Based on your photos the best way of skin tightening in you will be a tummy tuck. It gives you the results you are looking for especially after multiple pregnancies.

If you have laxity due to stretch marks you won't likely see a lot of improvement from non surgical interventions.  You may want to consider a tummy tuck to remove many of the stretch marks.  See a board certified plastic surgeon to learn more.
