Can telogen effluvium be triggered by twilight anesthesia, general anesthesia, or blood draws?

I recently had an upper endoscopy with twilight anesthesia and 1 month later had a marked uptick in shedding for several weeks. At that time, I had already been in recovery from TE and was seeing normalized shedding for three months. I've also noticed heavier sheds that last one to days which occur 4-6 weeks after I have blood work. Are TE sufferers just more sensitive to such "shocks" to the system? Once a patient fully recovers from TE, are they likely to relapse to these kinds of triggers?
