A lot of my regrowth is coming in a lighter color and a finer density than the rest of my hair all around the crown, even at 8" long. It looks like I'm wearing a cap of lighter colored "bleached" strands that stick out from the rest. Some at the crown are wiry, white and kinked, of uneven thickness and uneven pigmentation throughout the strand, and yank out easily. Those look like deformed grays. Is this typical of regrowth from TE (5 mos post shedding)? If not, what can cause this?
