Lip bruising on bottom lip after boyfriend bit/sucked my lip (Photo)

I have lip fillers injected back in March of 2023, I went in November of 2023 to dissolve the top lip completely and we only dissolved at the bottom lip on the corners of the mouth. My bf sucked on my lip so hard it’s purple and a little lumpy :( is it possible some filler might have migrated?
