Should I get my face to flush red before Vbeam procedure, for better results?

I have very pale skin with red flushing areas across my face, possibly (likely?) due to rosacea. I am having VBeam used to reduce the redness. I understand the laser only targets the red pigment, so would it be advisable that I instigate some flushing immediately before the procedure, in order to have more of the redness targeted?
