Thank you for the question. There are small syringes for minimal treatments. If there is some left over, it can be used on other areas or to touch up the lips. Your plan to be conservative with the amount injected is excellent. Natural is best. Good luck.
I do not offer half syringes. And I do not store product for the patients. There is a risk of product contamination once used and stored. And besides, there is always somewhere that needs a little more volume. Discuss with your plastic surgeon where he or she thinks that the rest should go.
I typically do as much as needed for my patients, I suggest you go to a physician who uses what is needed and charges only that. We can save the syringe and use it for other areas or future touch ups. Best, Dr. Emer.
there is only 1 ml syringes of Restylane available in the USA market. I believe they are not going to have the 2 ml syringes either.
Hi Serena. Yes, .5 mL syringes of Restylane are available. We no longer use them as we have a minimum of 1 CC required for any dermal filler injections. In addition, .5 CC is quite a small amount for the lips and you would likely be underwhelmed by the effects. Dear Serena23:When smaller quantities of hyaluronic acid gel are desired, Restylane and Juvederm Ultra 0.5 cc are available at many Injectors offices. Pricing is dependent on many factors such as practice location, injector expertise, injector purchasing power of the product from the manufacturer. There are many nuances in lip injection, always seek the most experienced, artsy, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, ENT Facial Surgeon or Dermatologist for your best results. All the best!
While 1/2 size syringes are available, they are usually not cost effective for patients or for physicians to purchase. Most patients need more than 1/2 a syringe to the lips or could use the remaining amount elsewhere.
There are some companies that make smaller volumes of filler per syringe. The problem is that they are usually about 2/3 the price of a full syringe and many physicians don't carry these on a regular basis. I would suggest an in person examination because most people need just under one full syringe for the correction they desire. Best of luck
I personally don't divide syringes of filler between patients due to risks of loss of sterility. I think it's worth purchasing a full syringe and using the small left over amounts for little touch up improvements elsewhere on ur face and to be sure enough is available for ur upper lip. Enjoy.
Hi and thanks for your question!Undereye filler is a really good option for you and Restylane has a variety of great products including Refyne and the Skinbooster line (Vital light) which could be used to achieve the results you're after. Product selection will dictate pricing with a single s...
First of all you had a lot of material injected and it appears that the injections may have been too superficial. You should see a board certified dermatologist and get appropriate treatment to improve the side effects and later worry about more injections. Arnica and ice will help a...
I suggest reversing the filler with hyaluronidase. In the future, cannula injections will help to limit complications. Best, Dr. Emer.
