Doubt this is filler related based on the information you are giving us.  Where were you injected?Vision loss although a rare event is most frequently linked with glabella injections (between the eyebrows) and the bridge of the nose and surprisingly much less frequent with tear trough injections.  That being said go to an ophthalmologist if your vision is not better when you lightly rub the eye or administer over the counter artificial tears.  This does not constitute official medical advice. You should contact your doctor and/or ophthalmologist. It is extremely rare and unlikely that filler injection can cause blurriness 2 weeks after the procedure.

It is very unlikely that injection caused blurriness 2 weeks later.  i would recommend you see an ophthalmologist as any cause of blurred vision needs to be taken care of
