I try everything, but my canines and first premolars on both sides and top and bottom will not whiten. I used to have super white teeth, but then once I got invisalign, my teeth yellowed more. Now I can't seem to pull the yellowness out of those specific teeth.

Answer: Whitening those yellow cuspids and premolars
We often see these areas of the teeth exaggerated immediately following teeth whitening/ dental bleaching. The good news is that they tend to settle down within a few days after you have stopped bleaching, and most people see them return to being no less or more visible than they had been ...
No , this would not help, bleaching will not work over the roots , that are exposed with receeding gums , thats why you see yellow below the enamel , peroxide will not work here , i suggest you should get instead veneers .
The white stuff was the surface of your gums burned a little by the peroxide. That has sloughed off and the dermis underneath is healing. Will go away probably within a day. No need to see the dentist. Just brush gently.
