Will a lip lift fix my lips after having buck (prominent) teeth and braces? (photos)

Question

When I was little I had bad prominent buck teeth that would rest on the outside of my bottom lip when my mouth was relaxed and closed. I received braces (first chunky retainers, then train tracks then regular night time retainers) so my teeth are now straight, and the retainers helped to push my jaw forward a little. However I feel like my lips have a distorted shape and form. Would a lip lift fix this issue or is are there any non-surgical and non invasive solutions?

Good day! Thank you for providing photos with your query. I believe you are a good candidate for a lip lift so ask your doctor about lip shortening which has small incisions placed at the base of the nose under the nostrils. This shortens the distance between the nose and the upper lip and will also allow the lip to “roll out”, creating a more "pouty" look.This procedure also drastically improves the aesthetic of one’s smile and facial proportions. When I look at your profile, I mainly notice your chin being too far back instead of your upper lip being too far forward. If you still have an overnight even after braces, you should consider orthognathic surgery to realign your teeth and jaw. They will often do something called a sliding genioplasty at the same time to bring your chin farther forward. 
Another option, if you are wanting a less-invasive option,  would be to simply place a chin implant which would give some improvement but wouldn't repair your teeth alignment. 
I don't think a lip lift would be your best option, unfortunately.
