Hello, i had my first botox on May 10. 25 units of the left and 35 on my right jaw since it was bigger on one side, up until now it has effected my smile, i cant smile all the way as if theres a blockage and my face feels tight...is there anything i can do to reverse the or help losen this? Thank you :(

Answer: Botox for Masseter Muscles Dear sillyeyldy,Botox for masseters should not affect your smile. Another facial muscle was likely affected. Unfortunately, there is no way to reverse Botox but the good news is that it will wear off in 3-4 months. Always make sure your injector has extensive knowledge of anatomy and is appropriately qualified, such as a board certified plastic surgeon.
