Dear SmilesIreland,Thank you for posting your question on RealSelf.  I will do my best to provide an answer with the information provided.Both systems offer a reliable whitening system.  Both brands have in office and at home options.  I prefer the at home bleaching options as they are more successful but the in house option will give instant results (although do not seem to last very long).  Your lifestyle will determine the length of time the teeth will remain at the shade that was achieved from the bleaching process.I hope that this helps.Best,Dr. Jenn
