Thank you for your inquiry.  Typically it's recommended to wait at least one hour before eating.  You could even go so far as to following the same post-op instructions for procedures such as an in-office one hour whitening and eat only clear/white foods/liquids for 24 hours to prevent any other possible staining.  You're not at as much risk for staining with strips as you are with an office whitening, but you could try if wanted.  We hope this helps and wish you all the best!

Thank you for your question. I would recommend not to eat for an hour and only foods, which do not have coloring in them. Consuming food containing color should be avoided for 48 hours.
