Can buccal cross bite be fixed with Invisalign? (photo)

Question

I have a buccal cross bite on the right hand side which extends as far as the lateral incisor and there's a slight midline shift also, can it be fixed with Invisalign ?

Hi nombrid,An experienced Invisalign provider can do a lot with Invisalign, very similar to what can be done with braces. Crossbites can be very tricky situations, so you want to make sure you see an experienced provider to do a full evaluation. Sometimes crossbites require more than even braces to be corrected, and you would want to know that before starting treatment. I'd recommend an in-person consult in your area!Good luck!
