Invisalign refinement tray #2 noticibly doesn't fit tight to the two back teeth. Should I be concerned?

I just started tray 2 of my Invisalign refinement trays. The tray noticibly doesn't fit tight to the two back teeth. Should I be concerned? Everything fits well in front and on all buttons. I'm concerned the molars won't move while everything else will.

Hello there,If your teeth are not fitting the aligner properly then the movement intended for those particular teeth is not occurring.  Poor fitting aligners can be caused by noncompliance of the patient, inaccurate impressions during the initial stages of Invisalign procedure, or a manufacturing defect.  In any case, I would recommend contacting your treating dentist to see if any adjustments need to be made or if new impressions must be done.  Good luck and I hope this helps. concerned. The Invisalign trays are intended to fit tightly in order to provide
proper movement. I would recommend going back to your dentist to have it
checked.
