I had a rhinoplasty about 4 years ago, there is no problem with my breathing and I’m satisfied with the appearance of it, however my nose tip is very soft and when I sleep to a side, my nose tip would incline to that side, but otherwise it looks normal and straight. Should I be concerned about this and do a revision?
