As far as I know there are no problems with taking beta blockers and having IPL treatments. Wear sunscreen and enjoy your treatments.
There are no contraindications for beta blockers and IPL. When you have a treatment your technician should ask for a list of medications that you are taking, but beta blockers do not cause you to be more sun sensitive and that's the type of medications that need to be closely monitored when doing IPL treatments.
