I had a TIA as a teenager, my family has a history of stroke. I didn't notice much face droopiness (other than slightly a droopy eye) on my left side til a couple months ago though-- almost a decade after the TIA. Now my cheeks and under eyes are much more affected. My right side (the side affected by the TIA) has always been more taught since the incident. I wonder if it's spasisity? When I smile everything is less noticeable. Also: I sleep on my left side & chew on my right if that's relevant.
