Can the inner labia be lightened?

I would like to get my vag laser to lighten it but I'm not sure if the inner labia can get laser or even bleached in general. which would be such a bummer since that's the only part i feel is a bit darker than my skin, but I've heard of a laser treatment that goes inside to tighten so i wonder if the inside can be laser so can the labia minora to lighten it or am I wrong??
