Overall, aside from a few small things here and there, I actually feel comfortable not wearing makeup EXCEPT for under eye concealer (and frankly) that doesn't even work that well. Is there ANYTHING that could help with these dark circles? There may be ever so slight need for filler, but it's really not about "bags" IMO. More so thin skin or discoloration is my best guess.
