Can I grow the hair back on my facial area (beard and neck area) after I have had more than 6 laser treatments?

The lasers damage the follicles of the hair. This the area which produces the hair itself. Once damaged they don't regenerate so it is unlikely you will regrow the hair to the extent it once was. The Rogaine likely will not help as it can not regrow hair. It works more by preserving hair you still have. Be well, Dr. M

The simple answer is unfortunately no. What ever you see growing now are gaor follicles that were not affected by laser energey or were in resting stage. 

If minoxidil is working keep using it but it is unlikely you will grow back a cosmetically acceptable beard
