Can inflammation after CoolSculpting damage my lymphatic system and cause lymphedema? (photos)

Hello! I had coolsculpting done on the 2nd November 2022. The doctor used a machine called "qmd Selene" on my inner tights and stomach at -3 celsius for 15 minutes. The next day those areas got very red, swollen and inflamed. This lasted for two weeks and now I'm left with hyperpigmentation and I feel like my legs are still a little swollen. Moreover I've been constantly feeling sick since then. Is it possible that my lymphatic system got damaged permanently and I will develop a lymphedema?
