Can thread lift help ectropion?

Hello, I have a mild ectropion, I had a canthoplasty twice last year but still having a mild ectropion, Can thread lift under eye help to heal the ectropion?

Although there is no age limit on PDO thread lifts, it is unlikely that someone in their 70's will get a meaningful amount of improvement from doing threads.

Very likely that any foreign material like a tread should be removed once infection happened. This is the issue you should discuss with your surgeon. Good luck.

Unfortunately thread lifts are very temporary and will give an incomplete correction. Absolutely every person has facial asymmetry when analyzed carefully. Usually the asymmetry extends to the bone and is not correctible. In your case removal fat from the jowl and larger side of the face...
