At low doses, no. At high doses, yes. Both of these pills are blood pressure pills. Maximum doses of each can make some people incredibly dizzy. Moderate doses usually don’t. 0.25 to 1 mg of oral minxodil with 25-50 mg spioronolactone is often well tolerated. See an expert who uses these drugs often.
