I would like the look of vertically shorter eyes and a better eye area. My maxilla is not prominent so I don't know if this has anything to do with it. I am a young patient, is there even any procedures that will benefit me and create this effect? Preferably permanently. I have average round eyes. Orbital rim implants? Lateral canthoplasty? I'm Caucasian. Also how to increase them horizontally? Anyone understand what I'm looking for?

Better pictures with an over view of your face are needed for for further evaluation. Whether orbital rim implants and lateral canthopexies would be beneficial remains to be determined.

Hi jeruesalemboi, Thanks for your question and photo. Unfortunately, it is difficult to understand what you are looking for from the one zoomed-in photo of your eye that you provided. It would be difficult to recommend anything without seeing the full area of concern and perhaps a photo of what you are looking to achieve. Just beware though that "vertically shortening" your eyes will make them droopy and impact your peripheral vision...not something I'd recommend unless you have eyelid retraction. Hope this helps!
