I would like the look of vertically shorter eyes and a better eye area. My maxilla is not prominent so I don't know if this has anything to do with it. I am a young patient, is there even any procedures that will benefit me and create this effect? Preferably permanently. I have average round eyes. Orbital rim implants? Lateral canthoplasty? I'm Caucasian. Also how to increase them horizontally? Anyone understand what I'm looking for?

If your have lacrimal gland prolapse, this can be fixed with a straightforward surgery. The key is to make sure there is not another process going on. you need to see an orbital/oculoplastic specialist. Good luck
