I have deepening lines above my eyebrows that I have been wanting to fix. Been thinking about fillers but was wondering if my botox was a better option? I will be adding poctures on how my forehead looks with an anhle.

It is difficult to determine based on your singular photo whether or not this horizontal line is due to an indentation or due to wrinkling. An examination would be necessary to determine the feasibility of utilizing BOTOX for this line. Answer: HA Filler Can Work Well For Elevating & Smoothing Forehead Indentations At least from the one photo provided here, the use of an appropriate low viscosity, malleable, cohesive HA filler injected with the proper technique can help to significantly elevate and smooth these kinds of indentations. I have performed this many times for individuals with bony abnormalities that give rise to troughs in the forehead and for those with deep wrinkles worsened upon raising the eyebrows. Filler for the forehead should not be left to the hands of inexperienced, novice injectors accustomed to the use of ordinary Juvederm or plain Restylane for treating simple smile lines. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.

Answer: Correcting uneven forehead Based on the photograph you provided, what you’re seeing is the result of the formation of the skull and soft tissue covering it. Most likely it’s purely hereditary. In my opinion, the best way to round everything out and make it smooth as well as natural, would be with the use of your own fat. When a plastic surgeon who specializes in fat grafting techniques performs a procedure, the result should be extremely natural and permanent.
