Hi, I'm black and I never really had hair in front and on the sides of my head( where my edges and baby hair should be) It's very frustrating because I don't know what to try or if there's even any hope for it to ever grow.

Answer: Regrowth on the peaks and sides Hey, How are you? So. Prevention for hair loss has come such a long way. However, If your looking to regrow hair in an area where you don't have any. I would recommend a transplant. No matter what Prevention you try it will not regrow hair in an area where you have completely lost. The only thing to do that is a transplant. Which is possible and we perform that surgical procedure all of the time.

Answer: Can my edges grow if I never had them? It is unlikely that you can grow hair where you don't have any unless on close inspection you do have hair that is not visible tot he naked eye. In that case, minoxidil (Rogaine) and laser therapy may help. Otherwise, a transplant may be your best option.
