Is the Noogleberry as safe as Brava? Can either of these pumps cause damage to the breasts?

Brava is registered with the FDA for use in expansion of breasts. It is not FDA approved for use prior to fat transplantation.The other device you mentioned is manufactured in a foreign country and has no FDA clearance. If you purchase it I believe you're purchasing it from overseas and it has no approval with the US government.
