I have read an article about Hair Stem Cell Transplant from Hair Science Institute and its quite promising. Do we have someone here who actually did the procedure? How was the result?

Most of the time the answer is NO.  Hair transplant and eyelid surgery are two completely different type of surgeries.   Theoretically, if you have post surgical swelling around your eye after a hair transplant surgery, eyelid surgery would be an issue.

Many clinics agree that younger patients should wait to have hair restoration surgery until the rate of their hair loss has slowed or steadied. Getting a hair transplant too soon may exhaust the donor supply of follicles remaining on the scalp. Past this point, there would be no more resources...

Could short hairs that didn't fall out after procedure be blocking new hair growth? Should these hairs be taken out?

In general, the transplanted hairs will shed weeks after the surgery.  If you still have the transplanted hairs after 5 months (the stubbles that never went away), try washing your hair more thoroughly.  Different doctors have different opinions on if you should pull them out....

It is quite true that with younger patients, there is a high likelihood that hair will continue to shed. Therefore, it is important for doctors to carefully plan out the course of the procedure. An important consideration would be the amount of donor hair that could be used if additional...

In general hair transplant overseas can be less expensive.  The techniques should be the same but the results can vary.  Even in the United States techniques should be the same but the results can vary.Follow up with your doctor may be an issue if you are traveling overseas....

There isn't much you can do to grow hair on the moustache.  Some may suggest trying Rogaine, but even if it works, you would have to use it indefinitely.Hair transplant can work well for these areas, but you would need to see a doctor for an exam first.
