I had my CO2 laser treatment of my VEN birthmark and now after 20-22 days, it has left a pink scar tissue. I am very concerned about it. Will this get like normal skin? How should I take care of it?

Best to contact your treating doctor but taking antibiotics after laser resurfacing is routine. Taking antibiotics wont necessarily stop white heads which are stimulated by the laser and after the occlusive ointments.
As long as you don't get your face soaking wet you can take a shower or wash your hair (better to do it over a sink with help) the next day. Ideally you don't want to wet your face until your skin has fully scabbed and not oozing anymore which could be anywhere form 1-3 days depending on how...
