How much time does Finasteride take for hair regrowth?

I have started finasteride 2 months ago. After starting finasteride intial 2-3 week my hairfall increased. Now after 2 month I feel some percentage strength and also my hairfall reduced comparative to starting stage of finasteride. But I can't see any hairgrowth. So should I continue with this finasteride? I take 1mg pill a day at night.

Finasteride starts to show its effects after 4-6 weeks of the time that you start the treatment. In order to see good result you need to continue for about 5 months.

Hair has a natural life cycle and its resting phase lasts around 3 months. This is the earliest that improvement can be seen however most don't appreciate a difference until 6 months. Maximum improvement won't be seen for at least a year.
