I'm taken finasteride 1.25 mg for less than 5 days now, and I have immense diffuculties having an erection since day 3. I'm unable to develop one third of a full erection. I feel like I became impotent. Before taken finasteride, I did not have problems achieving a full erection and my libido was okay. From your clinical experience, is it possible to develop such side effects that early in the treatment? Or is it a nocebo effect? Thank you
