3 weeks post my transplant (hairline) the surgeon, considering hereditary hair loss, has advised 1 mg Finasteride for 3 months (along with Folliserum & Follihair capsules); he's not advised me minoxidil. I underwent a Grade 4 Gynecomastia surgery (same surgeon) just 10 days before the transplant. a) Is it too early after the Gynecomastia surgery to start Finasteride? b) Even if I start it much later after the surgery, can it bring Gynecomastia back? c) Will 1 mg Finasteride affect libido?
