All faces have some degree of asymmetry, which can affect the height of the eyebrows as well as other features. If this is bothersome to you, there are both surgical and nonsurgical ways to address it. I would recommend Botox injections to drop the right eyebrow slightly and create the balance you want. Botox is a quick, relatively painless procedure and the results last for three to four months. If you decide you want a more permanent solution, I would speak to a board-certified facial plastic surgeon with extensive experience in brow lift techniques to determine whether surgery would be appropriate for you. The reduction procedure should not impact the position of the eyebrows if it is performed correctly.
