... In general my nose seems off-Centre towards the side where the cartilage sticks out. I also suffer from rhinitis which causes sinusitis frequently + am always sniffing/blowing my nose, allergy pill/nasal spray seems to make no difference. Could the misalignment be causing the nasal drip, or be caused by the rhinitis? Could surgery help either problem + what would be done? Aesthetically I would also prefer a thinner, less bulbous tip.

it looks like it will not cause any problem and the feeling will go away with time.
However if you are concerned or things get worse, always better to be checked. Not sure if your GP is the best person to check an operated nose. Maybe a plastic surgeon in your area?
