Deviated septum or damaged nose cartilage? I have very soft bendy tip cartilage which sticks out more on one side. (photos)

... In general my nose seems off-Centre towards the side where the cartilage sticks out. I also suffer from rhinitis which causes sinusitis frequently + am always sniffing/blowing my nose, allergy pill/nasal spray seems to make no difference. Could the misalignment be causing the nasal drip, or be caused by the rhinitis? Could surgery help either problem + what would be done? Aesthetically I would also prefer a thinner, less bulbous tip.
