Can Minoxidil foam cause skin irritations after taking a break from the product? (using minoxidil for beard)

Question

I had started using minoxidil liquid and used it for almost 6 months after which I took a break of 2 weeks. I started using the product from the same brand, but I started getting allergic reactions on my face, so I stopped using the product. After a gap of 3 weeks, I started using minoxidil again, primarily because the density started decreasing. I used the foam version of the product, but I started getting the similar itching and unevenness on my face again. Is this temporary or should I stop?

In some cases Minoxidil can cause irritations at the skin. Sometimes dermatits can appear. The İrritations will go away in time

Minoxidil does nor effect on beard growth but scalp hair.Redness after use of minoxidil  is a common side effect. Serum may cause irritation of the skin, redness, dryness, itchiness and dandruff because of alchol content of minoxidil  and very rarely dizziness or even heart palpitations. It would be better to  consider using a lower dose/percentage. All of side effects are assumed to go away soon after stopping to use it.

This drug is known to produce both skin nirritation and allergies. Stopping the medication is the best approach
