Does laser septoplasty involve opening my nose cavity to cut the bone or do they just burn the extra cartilage?

i have minimal deviated nose.. i don"t want to cut my nose ..the reason for going laser septoplaty is i"m undergoing for mastoid surgery (cholesteatoma) so in future due to deviated nose i dont want to go for another surgery again (Eustachian may leads to cholesteatoma)... just for safety side i would like go for laser to remove my nasal wall with minimal risk...

Your nose is a challenge and I would recommend a personal consultation with either and ENT surgeon or a Facial plastic surgeon.  There are options and not all of them entail surgery.  Good luck!
