My parents are fair and my brother and my sister too. I look sometime black also.I used to play football and do lots of cycling In daylight.is there is any treatment

Hi,thanks for the question.Application of sunscreen which is abroad spectrum medicated sunscreen with a SPF of 50+on regular basis,and to apply the sunscreen 20 minutes before sunexposure is a must.Avoid playing between 11:00 a.m -4:00 p.m .You can also start with physical sunprotection methods like wearing sunglasses,a hat,full sleeves shirt.

Hi the only answer to minimise is avoid sun exposure and use broad spectrum   sunscreen on constant basis .A good skin care regime with exfoliant to your face ,neck and legs and avoidance of sun exposure will improve your tan .Hope this helps.
