My cheeks become red, hard & itchy when I apply any fairness cream or use face wash continuously after I was affected by bleach?

I applied bleach four months ago on my face.it affected my face badly my cheaks became red itchy n hard this situation remained for one week I stopped using creams n face wash everything. Now it seems normal my complexion is getting dull so when i applied any fairness cream again my cheaks become red and temperature of my face elevates. It starts burning. What should I do to get my normal skin back please give me solution.
