Nothing works to get rid of my closed comedones. Please help me . I am 25 years old girl. Live in Delhi (India). Is using (retin-a micro) or (Paula's Choice BHA products) really helful for me?

Thank you for your question and photograph. It's difficult to evaluate your skin through photographs, but from what I can see, it looks like you have closed comedones. In my experience, treatment modalities that exfoliate the skin are most effective in treating comedones. Treatment options include topical retinoids, such as Retin-A, Differin, tretinoin, Differin, etc., and cosmetic procedures such as chemical peels, extractions, Hydrafacials, etc. I highly recommend you consult with a board certified dermatologist to have your skin evaluated and to discuss treatment options that best suit your needs.
