i have mpb nw1 age--23,i want to start a exercise regimen for myself 1..what kind of exercise is best for hair and skin health??--aerobic or anaerobic???? 2..i am planning to do cycling,will it increase the dht levels in my body and cause faster hairloss??? 3..what about indoor rowing??? or should i just stay with jogging or speed walking??? thanks in advance
