My cheekbones are too big causing my face to look too big and wide. So how can I reduce my cheekbones? Can teeth removal and wearing braces reduce my face width?

Answer: My cheekbones are too big causing my face to look too big and wide. So how can I reduce my cheekbones? Hi, I have performed many facial shaping procedures using dermal fillers, silastic facial implants (cheek, chin, lips), liposuction and/or facelifts for over 30 years. Following my beauty principles, men look chiseled and handsome with angularity in the cheeks, chin and mandibular angles. From the photos, your cheeks are very prominent along the sides and the jaw line is quite weak in comparison. There is a slight amount of fat in the mid face and lower face. This makes the face appear square shaped and top heavy. Removing teeth or wearing braces, as you asked, would have no effect on the shape and size of the cheek bones. The sides of the cheeks can be safely reduced without the invasive bone cuts or infracting of the zygomatic arch...both of which in my humble opinion have far more unwanted side effects than benefits. The jaw line can be safely augmented using a dermal filler as jaw implant are also associated with unwanted side effects. No non surgical method can be used to reduce the size and shape of the cheek bones. Liposuction of the face can reduce unwanted fat to further shape the face and cheeks.Hope this helps.
