For facial rejuvenation I would suggest a combination approach of :

1) skin care with products and PRP/microneedling
2) PDT light therapy few times a month with growth factors
3) Laser treatments like clear and brilliant regularly and a few times a year Fraxel, Viva, Co2/Erbium
4) Sculptra injections a few times a year for collagen production with fillers like juvederm/restylane/belotero/radiesse/bellafill
5) Thermage/ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone based instalift threads for lifting
6) Botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at restIt may not be realistic to expect the same look as the men in the photos you attached, that being said you could slim the face with botox, ultherapy along jawline and buccal fat pad removal to the lower cheeks. Buccal fat excision is an appropriate surgical procedure for patients that of overly full and wide cheek areas. In common terms, it is good for patients who have chipmunk cheeks. In reviewing your pictures, it is difficult to tell if you're a good candidate because your cheek area is slightly full but not overly full. Cheek filler or implants can improve the contour of the cheeks. You are a patient that would need an in person consultation for a complete evaluation and explanation of the positives and negatives of these procedures in your situation. Your comments are perceptive, in that certain materials have a different 'appearance' as to 'crispness' or changing the dimensions vertically, horizontally. The use of Gortexlike material which allows the tissue to 'ingrow' and 'adhere' yields a much more defined jawline; and it can be custom carved at surgery to achieve the desired contours. One can position it to 'increase' the height of the ramus/back of jaw; and therefore change the facial shape.
