27 yo male stopped Propecia & Minoxidil 4 mths ago, losing hair profuely, Can I restart and expect to get my hair back? (photos)

I'm 27 year old male diagonosed with MPB since I was 19. I used propecia and minoxidil topical since 22. It worked well and I got good growth. But I noticed reduction in sexual abilities and brain fog all along. I left using It 4 months ago. Since then I'm losing hair profusely. I'm still NW 1. Will restarting propecia work again because I can take risk as My ED got corrected within 2 Months of leaving pill. And I was in depression for 3 years due to personal issues. That might have caused ED.
