I'm 19 yrs old and I don't have any facial hair. My moustache hair is so tiny & unshiny & unnoticeable. Any suggestions?

I want to use minoxidle for my facial hair and I know it'll make my moustache hair thicker but i cannot use it for my whole life so, if I discontinue it , will it make my moustache hair (which will become thicker after I use minoxidle) become tiny, like i had it before......if not how can a thick hair shrink (I.e, become softer and tiny).....

Minoxidil is not an absolute cure for hair loss and it does not work exactly as planned.  What you may be noticing are the side effects as well as your natural hair loss progression.
