Can round short eyes be elongated? (Photo)

Can eyes that are round and horizontally short like the guy in pic 1 be elongated and made longer horizontally and more almond like the guy in pic 2? If so what kind of procedure could elongate a very round eye and make it both longer horizontally and more almond shaped .

It seems that epicanthoplasty could achieve like that. But as you know, there is a limit that we can open it depends on your skin condition and it won't be totally same what you've done with your hand. It is possible to do procedures to correct the issue you are noticing. One option is a lateral tarsorrhaphy. Another option is a canthoplasty. I would recommend that you consult with an oculofacial plastic surgeon to advise you on the specific procedures that could help with the concerns you have.

Hi @moarsprinkles. I would not recommend a lower lid blepharoplasty for you. You would be a great candidate for tear trough filler, but due to your allergies I would also avoid tear trough filler. Another option would be nano fat grating to the tear troughs.
