Can round short eyes be elongated? (Photo)

Can eyes that are round and horizontally short like the guy in pic 1 be elongated and made longer horizontally and more almond like the guy in pic 2? If so what kind of procedure could elongate a very round eye and make it both longer horizontally and more almond shaped .

Hi @moarsprinkles. I would not recommend a lower lid blepharoplasty for you. You would be a great candidate for tear trough filler, but due to your allergies I would also avoid tear trough filler. Another option would be nano fat grating to the tear troughs.
