Could cheeks & jawline fillers have triggered Sarcoidosis & is it safe for me to have them?

Hello, i had a jawline and cheek filler 4 months ago. After the procedure i had symptoms like cold-flu and then 3 months later i had fever and i had lymph nodules in my left neck. they suspected sarcoidosis but no definitive diagnosis was made. I also had same symptoms 4 years ago but i had no filler back then. I recovered after 2 weeks of corticosteroid use and i am okay now and my fillers are still on good shape. Could filler have triggered my dissease? is it safe to have fillers for me?
