You are young and beautiful and certainly do not need any cosmetic surgery. Your photos do demonstrate sebaceous skin and I think a thorough skin care program including hydrafacials, minipeels, and microneedling would be beneficial. We are all our worst critics but at this stage you should stick with non-surgical procedures.
