What procedures should I consider given my facial features? looking for more permanent solutions.

Not sure know what I need done. I’ve been told I have cute features. I have never felt objectively attractive and am wondering what procedures would help? I’m looking for more permanent solutions (implants, facelift) rather than fillers. I have considered pretty much the whole gammit: cheek/chin implants, double jaw surgery, lip lift, brow lift/upper blepharoplasty, etc…

Hi, you do not have much skin laxity, but you do have a little. On the oblique photo there is some extra skin on your neck. So you would see some difference with a facelift, but not a huge difference. If you are okay with that, then yes you are a candidate.

Hi, Although you are 53, you barely have excess skin, although the neck is not visible in photos. However, I think at this point, yes, you would benefit from an upper blepharoplasty, some fat grafting to face, skin peel or laser, and if there are any bands on the neck, a necklift.

I am sorry you are having these issues Kirstyn, however front and profile or side views of preop and postop facelift patients are often presented by plastic surgeons and neck contour can certainly be seen from these angles. Standard facelifts usually address all neck issues such as redundant...
