Bulbous tip 17 months post op - how long should I wait to see the final result? (photos)

Hello! I had a primary rhinoplasty in September 2020. It’s Been almost 1 year and a half and my tip still looks bulbous and long. The tip is hard and I have the impression that it swells up from time to time. How long should I wait to see the final result? Is there any chance that it would get more refined or it will stay like this?

Hello,If you have bothered this look, you need to have revision rhinoplasty. you can also use nostril retainer for 6 months. this look is better than now.
