I have b cup breasts, not really saggy or droopy. Im 21, i weigh 112 pounds/51 Kg and 5’0 ft tall. I have always wanted to have cute tiny and perky breasts ( as if they have barely started growing out) i am planning to get a lollipop/vertical technique breast reduction+lift and i was wondering if it’s possible to get them this small, do i maybe need to get a bodytite procedure on top of it for my desired result or is a breast reduction enough? First 4 photos is me, last 2 photos is my goal.

Answer: Breast reduction From your submitted photos it doesn't appear that a lift is indicated for you at this time. It is possible to minimally reduce the breasts but you must consider if the risk and scars are worth the reward. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: Breast reduction Dear Dazzling802603, breast reduction is best suited for women who wish to decrease the size of their breasts. While there are different techniques used to perform this surgery, I prefer the vertical incision (lollipop pattern) breast reduction technique instead of the anchor scar pattern, which reduces more noticeable scarring than usual. I also use a SAFE liposuction technique to reduce additional fat around the stubborn axilla area and bra line. This way, my patients are achieving beautiful results with minimal incisions which reduces downtime and delivers an overall better breast shape long term.If you are considering breast reduction surgery, you should consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and make sure your surgeon understands your goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Mini lift I strongly recommend you do not undergo a lollipop vertical technique. The scar will be highly visible with a breast size of B or AA. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Candidacy for lollipop lift? Hi and welcome to our forum! From you photos, your breasts appear deflated with loss of superior pole volume. Your breasts demonstrate minimal sag. The breasts appear flaccid. During pregnancy or following significant weight fluctuation, breast enlargement may lead to overstretching of the overlying skin. The skin thins and permanently stretches to accommodate the increased volume, but after childbirth or weight management the breast loses volume, but the damaged skin envelope does not shrink, leading to sag. Visible stretch marks often indicate the severity of the overstretching. Some individuals may demonstrate sag without previous pregnancy or weight fluctuation. A surgical breast lift will place the nipple areolar complexes into their anatomic positions, will conify the shape of the breasts, and will remove the excess stretched out skin. Reduction of beast size can be performed concomitantly. Seek a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.Best wishes...
